Homemade Aftershave Ideas (not bay rum)?

are there any homemade aftershave recipes out there besides the ubiquitous Bay Rum?

 

I've shaken a bit of witch hazel into my palm, add a drop of skin-safe essential oil, rub my palms together for a sec, slap it on my face.
Never gone as far as making a full bottle, so I have no idea what the ratio would be.

This is interesting. Which oil have you used, Steve? I’ve been toying with the idea for a while now. When I have a few more empty bottles I just may give it a go.

 

so it's not really any different than making regular perfume then?

I wonder how an Orange, Rosemary, and Marigold combination would smell...

 

I have a few bottles from Brambleberry soap, back when I was trying my hand at soap making; Cedarwood, Sandalwood, and a Juniper Spruce. I use them now with Kiss My Face unscented cream. Three squirts of cream and two drops of EO.
