    Wednesday morning:

    L’Oréal Men Expert Facial Wash
    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Super Speed/Derby day 10
    Barbon SC
    Fino ASB
Murray & Lanman Florida Water AS Splash

This Barbon cream is from Hungary and it smells great, it’s so easy to lather, there’s lots of slickness to it, and it acts like medical anesthesia to the skin - if you get a nick or a minor cut this stuff stops the bleeding right away and it kills the pain very fast. The Fino balm from South Africa is unscented and it gives plenty of moisturizing as well as soothing, and the Florida Water aftershave smells as old school as you could get - do I ever love it. Three swift, glorious passes gave me a wonderful, enjoyable BBS shave!

Have a nice day - be well and stay safe![IMG]

Trying out the original Silver Satin aluminum Hawk is what got me hooked on Artist Club razors. I still use Gems and Injectors, but much prefer the AC razors for close comfortable shaves.

Razor : Razorock Lupo.72- Mfg 2021>, mid range. Excellent design + excellent machining and finish QC. This razor checks all the boxes for a nice shave + daily driver for some folks. Had a stellar close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Gillette Polsilver SI- sharp and smooth. This blade works well for myself with a light pass trough a cork, seems to smooth it out a little. Iridium coating could of been applied a little think??
Soap : Yaqi Musketeer rapier, very nice scented soap(dupe of Aramis classic scent) that is kind of addicting to me it seems+ lather quality is excellent.
Brush : Yaqi "Sagrada Familia" 22mm 2band badger. Excellent lather generator, pillow like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. For a small handled 22mm badger brush this little brush out performs other larger brushes IMO!
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Witch hazel soap residual cleanse on beard + Yaqi Musketeer rapier + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : Dial 10 stellar.jpg or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers=[IMG] Had a stellar comfortable close shave this morning with my RR Lupo.72 with a Polsliver blade.( It does not get much better shaving for myself.)

    Amouage - Bracken Man

    Perfumed by:
    Olivier Cresp & Fabrice Pellegrin
    [IMG]

    Razor - OneBlade Genesis
    Blade - [IMG] *Fresh Blade
Brush - Declaration Grooming "Fatty" in custom green color
Shaving Cream - West Coast Shaving "Fougere" *Jojoba Cream Formula
Aftershave - Humphreys Witch Hazel *with added alcohol, glycerin and menthol (my own homemade brew)
    Fragrance - Amouage "Bracken Man"

I haven't posted here in a long time. I miss it. I just don't have a lot of time to post everyday, but since I have this week off and I remembered you all, I decided to post my shave of the day today. A wonderful Fougere that has been tragically discontinued by Amouage. IMO, Amouage's greatest scent they ever made. It basically smells exactly like Houbigant - Fougere Royale but with a bit more of a every so faint sweet and tart twist. It smells like Houbigant made a flanker of Fougere Royale and called it something like Fougere Royale Bright. Sort of like how the major fragrance brands take a successful scent like Dior Homme EDT then make 5 different flakers of it and call it "Dior Homme Parfum" or Dior Homme EDP" or "Dior Homme Intense". Basically Bracken Man from Amouage smells like a flanker of Fougere Royale and it's "better" in my opinion. Perfected would be my description. I wish I could afford to buy one of the ebay bottles that appear but they are just too expensive now. I pair the WCS Fougere shaving cream soap with this one. I'm also using the expensive OneBlade razor on this shave.

    Shaving Recipe for today.

Prep: Warm shower:/ Nivea Men Power 24H Fresh Effect Shower Gel.

    Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
    Simple Pure Bar Soap.
    Brush: Omega 10066 Boar.
    Bowl Lather.
Bowl: Tesco's Ceramic 'Cosmo' Side Bowl.
    Lather: Proraso Sensitive Shaving Soap.
    Blade: Lord Silver Star. (D4)
    Razor: EJ DE89.'kelvin.'

    Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./The Real Shaving Co. SPF15 Anti-Ageing Moisturiser./ Dana English Leather ASL.

    Greetings,

A comfortable close shave to finish my shaving week off on a high note.

The Proraso Sensitive Soap provided me with slick protective lather for the shave leaving a equally good post shave feel....My only gripe with both the soap & cream is they leave a white residue on the razor surface after I have finished the shave...However, this could be because I live in a hard water area and the soap reacts with the high minerals in the water which has nothing to do the ingredients of the soap.

A comfortable 2 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report. Finishing the shave off with a generous splash of Dana English Leather ASL.

My face is feeling smooth & smelling divine.;)

Keep safe, and enjoy your day ladies & gentlemen.
