Sunday Schick shave, November 12th 2023

Razor : Schick adjustable M3 injector- Mfg 1970-72, all ranges of aggression. Well designed to last generation even though handle is made of good quality plastic. I enjoy using this older Schick adjustable ever once in a while because of large razor rotation it give a decent shave to this day. Had a close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Personna SS PTFE injector (9) Very sharp, excellent longevity, smooths out nicely + predictable.
Soap : Razorock Irish Countryside, nice scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Mocha express" 26mm Husky synthetic knot. excellent lather generator, luxury, heavenly cloud like soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG(3) + ATG(3) + pickups(setting 4).
Post shave :Razorock Irish Countryside AS with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Schick adjustable M3 with a Personna coated blade.

Sunday Schick shave, November19th 2023

Razor : Schick injector i2 type with hydro magic feature- Mfg 1954-57, mild to tame mid range. Well designed and is nice size in the the hand, with s little care they just last a long time IMO.
Had a close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Schick coated blade(3) sharp and smooth with great longevity.
Soap : Razorock Fresco XXX, that nice clean XXX scent with some menthol + excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Artic sky" 24mm 3band badger. Excellent lather painter, Luxury pillow like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock XXX Fresco with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= excellent shave with my Schick i2 injector with a coated Schick injector blade.

Sunday shave, November 26th 2023

Razor : Yaqi Romulus 316 SSP + A Yaqi Chippendale SSP handle- Mfg 2021>, mild to tame mid range. Interesting design with small head parts. Very difficult to machine parts this small but Yaqi did a fine job with machining and finish QC. I like this nimble razor and works well on my face with good results. Had a close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Feather Pro(3) sharp and smooth with reasonable longevity.
Soap : Razorock Lavender, nice masculine scent of lavender + excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Cola" 22 mm Plissoft synthetic. Excellent lather generator, cloud like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. The handle fits well in my hand and very enjoyable brush to use.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock King louis lavender + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Yaqi Romulus 316 SSP SE with a Feather pro blade. Feather blade is showing signs of dropping off a little already.

Razor : Yaqi Excalibur SE AC type with a Milano SSP handle- Mfg 2021>, tame mid range. Simple clamping system + small head parts (I assemble on wash cloth, a lot easier!) I have used this affordable razor head for the last 2 years and it performs well + 95%> of my shaves are close and comfortable. I have been experimenting with my Excalibur razor and my newest Romulus razor for peak performance. Had a stellar close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Schick proline P30 (2), sharp and smooth with reasonable longevity.
Soap : Razorock Santa Maria del Fiore, nice vanilla light tobacco scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "coat tails"24 mm G5 synthetic. Excellent lather generator, cloud like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. Closest synthetic feel to a 2 or 3 band badger I own.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Santa Maria del Fiore with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a stellar close comfortable shave this morning with my Yaqi Excalibur AC type 50 mm razor with a Schick proline blade. Excellent shave this Sunday morning.
