It’s been quite a while since I last shaved with this Yuka Lyptik soap so I decided to pull it out this morning and I’m glad that I did. This soap is vegan based, it has a nice eucalyptus scent which is exactly like the Halls eucalyptus lozenges, it lathers great, it gives pretty good slickness, it’s got a good middle of the road menthol sensation, and it has excellent postshave care. The Prep and the Aqua Velva aftershave were a perfect finish. Three passes gave me a terrific BBS shave that I enjoyed so much!

The Archaic Alchemy Eureka Shaving Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #423 Two-band Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Darwin-Handle Gillette Old Type and a Personna SuperC Blade (74) gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Clubman Special Reserve. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Razor : Razorock 2nd Generation Lupo.72 316SSP - Mfg 2021>, mid range. Machining and finish are excellent QC. Design is unique and works well for my moustache lines and under the nose area. This razor checks all the boxes for a great shaving consistently and enjoy using it. Had a stellar close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Gillette Perma-sharp(2) nice sharpness but smooth at the same time with reasonable longevity. Top tier blade in my den, gives my favorite GSB blades a run for top blade recently.
Soap : Yaqi Musketeer Rapier- nice soap scent with excellent lather qualities(dupes Aramis classic cologne scent). Yaqi commissioned Master soap creations to bring their line of soaps and fragrances to their line of shave soap products.
Brush : Yaqi "Casino clubs" 26mm Timberwolf knot. Excellent lather generator, Heavenly luxury cloud like soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather generator. Very nice brush for my shaving parameter needs.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Musketeer Rapier splash + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Had a stellar close comfortable shave this morning with my Razorock Lupo.72 with a Perma-Sharp blade.
