  3. Guys,
I bought a used straight razor fro a guy up in Chicago, it came with a vintage Illinois strop. Razor was great but I felt in love with the strop.
Anyone could give me some more info on this brand? I saw on eBay that there are many Illinos strop for sale, I definitely would like one more.

    Any info?

  4. Well, you need to provide pics, and model numbers for us to help. There are several different ones out there. They still make Illinois strops, so I don't know if it would be considered "Vintage".

  5. Good strops, company is still in business, and still makes strops. Currently the only non-artisan made strop I would recommend, and just about the only recommendation for a new straight razor user (who is likely to mess up their first strop).

  8. Can't speak for the brand, but that's a decent price these days for a cordovan leather strop.
