I think it would be a good 3017 since I love the soap. If I recall correctly @Primotenore made a serious dent in a MdC brain bowl a couple of years back.

Happy Thursday. I am happy to see this week is just about over. A change of both hardware and software. The Asylum Rx V2 is supposed to be tamer than the original. If that's the case the original must be a true beast. This is by far my most aggressive artist club razor. This tub of Stirling Glacial Citron is used and has approximately 126 grams left. The lather this morning was simply fantastic. The face chill was very nice . The chill doubled down after using the matching splash. I am going to have a blast with this 3017. The Barbasol kept my attention, as always.

That is a wonderful soap and scent.

IMHO, When SV gets it right, they really get it right.

Late post, but a beautiful shave.
I am getting comfortable with the not-so-ergonomic Darwin handle.
The Wolfman has some teeth, so proper angle is priority-one.​

Today’s soap is the first audition for the next 3017. Can’t remember the last time I used it. A decent lather…user error in not loading enough product today. Verdict: A real contender for the focus, but a lot of product left.

I have made a serious dent in the XPEC. I don't XPEC it to last out the month.
Still rockin' the Personna 74. These blades have some real longevity.

For the Bay Rum fans, Mike's has it in stock. IMO, one of THE best Bay Rum shaving soaps available.
