  16. Thank Joe, I really enjoyed this shave and it wasn't as scary as I had imagined. This razor can easily make my rotation.

  17. Thanks Joe, it was a great shave and easier than I expected. Honestly , I feared this thing a little, but it wound up giving a smooth and relatively easy shave, no nicks or cuts, just a bit of irritation, which was my fault, but it was nothing extreme.

Yes, with a little practice, I think this razor could be in my rotation.

Thanks for the encouragement as always!:)
  18. You're welcome. I can understand your trepidation concerning that razor because it's known as a straight on a stick.
  19. Thanks Barry.

I agree, these Gems are visually beautiful. I knew I had to have one even though I wasn't sure I would ever shave with it, lol. But I've been looking at it for awhile now, and I finally said what the heck, let's see what this thing can do! And yeah, it's a pretty impressive little shaver!

I'm shocked at how cheap and plentiful they are to. Mine happens to be in minty condition. It could have been replated at some point it's so nice. But it definitely stands out from the DE razors on my shelf.

I'm pretty happy to have my first SE Gem shave behind me. As you said, I feel like I used a proper shaving tool yesterday!
