The Williams Mug Shaving Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #199 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Merkur Progress Adjustable Razor and the Nacet Stainless blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with PSC Caffeinated After Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Wednesday morning’s Grand Freeze:

L’Oréal Men Expert Facial Wash

The first day of May and the last day for this Wilkinson Sword blade. My brother Jaco’s Kameelperd soap is glycerine based like most of his soaps, I love the coffee/peppermint scent, the lather is so thick, it explodes off my brush, it’s LOADED with menthol and its skincare is excellent. The Prep and the Floid Vigoroso aftershave were a most delightful finish. Another perfect three pass BBS shave that was such a pleasure!

Razor : Razorock Lupo.72 316 SSP. Mfg 2021>, mid range. Excellent design, machining and finish QC. Checks all the boxes for a razor that works well for myself. Had a close comfortable stellar shave this morning.
Blade : Gillette Perma-sharp(4) sharp and smooth with great longevity. Top tier blade in my assortment of different blades.
Soap : Razorock Lavender, nice masculine scented lavender with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi" purple haze" 24mm synthetic. Excellent lather generator, luxury gentle cloud like soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock King Louis lavender with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable stellar shave this morning with my RR Lupo.72 with a Gillette Perma-Sharp blade.
