    Hi Friends,

    Here my Wednesday Shave (08.05.2024)

    IMG_2878.jpeg
Pre: Grooming Dept unscented // Razor: Mühle R89 // Blade: Gillette Platinum // Soap: Catie ´s Bubbles Connecticut Shade // Brush: Olivewood Synthetic // Aftershave: Alum - Thayers WH - Stetson

Oh man, what a great, enjoyable shave this has been. 2,5 passes full of joy. Soap did perform very well (as typical for Catie ´s Bubbles) but am i the only one who smells „Almonds“ out there even if it is not listed? :lyrtuy5:

The Alum did not sting in any way, the Theyers Witch Hazel smoothed everything out and the Stetson…oh the Stetson…what a WONDERFUL scent and skincare. I love it so much. An outstanding finish to an outstanding shave.

    A 10 out of 10

Have a great time, enjoy your shaves and stay safe and healthy.

    Greetings
    Thorsten

    Williams Wednesday's Cold Water Shave

    Cold Water Rinse
    Williams Mug Shaving Soap
    Semogue 1305 boar
    Gillette Techmatic
    Techmatic Band
    CWR
    Aqua Velva Musk

The Williams Mug Shaving Soap lathered well with the Semogue 1305 boar Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Techmatic Razor and the Techmatic Band blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva Musk After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Wednesday morning:

    Warm shower
    Frank Mini Synthetic
    Junjie/Wilkinson Sword day 7
Delmy SS (from India and very nice)
    Prep ASB
    Booster Polar Ice AS Splash

This Delmy soap is in a tiny container but it performs so well - do I ever love its beautiful old school barbershop scent, my Frank Mini synthetic worked up great lather with it, I admit that it’s not as slick as I would want it to be but this soap is so cheap in India that even the tightest budget could afford it, and it’s fairly skin friendly. The Prep did such a wonderful job of soothing whatever little irritation and dryness I had while the Polar Ice aftershave went on with its lovely scent that matches the Delmy soap perfectly. Two passes were good enough for a quick but excellent BBS shave that I really enjoyed!

See you all soon - be well and stay safe![IMG]
