Hi everyone. First of all, sorry for my bad English, i will try to do my best. I am 59 years old and after a first unsuccessful attempt at traditional shaving when I was 14, until the pandemic I always used multi-blades razors in many of their variations. During the pandemic period I wanted to try traditional shaving again by buying the legendary Wilkinson Classic made of polymer (here in Italy we call it friendly:"il plasticone"). After the first difficulties I started to feel real enjoyment in shaving. Now I have more than 20 DE and SE razors and in rotation I enjoy them all. Thanks to this forum I have been able to find many hidden aspects of the models I already own and become very courious on those I don't yet have. Now I'm happy to have signed up. Thanks again to everyone. Cheers from Italy
It's a pleasure to be here and to know that The Doctor is so beloved. To me the best is the 4th Classic Doctor (Tom Baker): i used to follow him, here in Italy when i was young on the national television RAI1 during the early 80s. Then for years here is so difficult to follow him, but when in 2005 start to arrive a bunch of new Doctors, well is heaven again. Many thanks and Cheers
Many thanks, it's a pleasure to see in your firm some italian words from Il Barbiere di Siviglia by Gioacchino Rossini. Here in Italy frequently in our forum we put in our firm many quotes in english. So it's nice to find italian words. Many thanks again. Ciao
No worries about English. I am horrible with other languages, so no judgement here. Welcome to the group.
Welcome to the group. I have many fond memories of Italy as I was stationed in Naples many years ago. My two oldest daughters were born there. Lived in Licola.
Many thanks. I went to Naples and Pompei many yars ago: beautiful places as all our wonderful Italy. Pity for all our politicians but places and people are lovely.
Welcome @Dr_Who ..... glad to have you with us. I took one semester of Italian in college (almost 20 years ago) ...... only learned enough to know I'd have to live there to get better. Tom Baker is y favorite as well though learned to enjoy Christopher Eccleston, David Tennant and Matt Smith. I will say Jodie Whittaker made me give up watching Dr Who, though I do hold hopes for Ncuti Gatwa as the most recent Dr.
Many thanks my dear friend. Well, THE DOCTOR, what a universe to sail. The last season of Jodie (THE FLUX) is equal to the best moment in the DOCTOR story to me. Give it a try. At the moment after the new specials with David Tennant, i have only seen the christmas special and the first episode (with the space babies) with Ncuti as The Doctor. I hope they will soon leave the "Disney feeling" too heavy for a Doctor's fan like me. Un abbraccio dall'Italia. Ciao
