Very, very nice packaging with the Spirit by Alpha. One shave in and this little razor can dice & slice the whiskers with some authority and yet it has a very easy and smooth like feel to it in action. Slightly a bit better cutting ability over the Claymore Evo while nearly retaining the same level of smoothness and very easy to use & maneuver. A very impressive first shave.

A few pics below. Not the best, my apologies….

Wasn’t expecting this kit for a couple more days but, the Bronze Spirit showed up at my doorstep earlier today. My pics don’t do it justice on how beautiful the Bronze is and how well it shines. Excellent work by Steve over at Alpha Shave Works. I’m still in the honeymoon phase with the Copper D-back but, this will be next in a few shaves. Shouldn’t be much different if at all compared to the Stainless version. We’ll see in a few days…

Just an astoundingly great shave from a phenomenal razor. Yes, it’s just a tool holder for a piece of sharpened steel but, it truly is one of the finest safety razors ever made. Undoubtedly it comes with a price and a hefty one at that however, I don’t chase high end items at every purchase nor at every release. But, I do treat myself every once in a while to some quality craftsmanship within the shave hobby. The La Faulx is no exception and truly a worthy investment in my experience. Impeccably done with impeccable precision and execution.

Is that shaver able to take 2 blades? I saw model from the same company that only took a single blade.

It takes 2 ½ blades. which gave me an excellent smooth result which really impressed me.

So then what I have found is the Cheaper and best clone Because another in same style uses 2 of the 1/2 blades but they have these holes in parts and need to use one brands blades they either modify or have modified for the brand.

Your shaver looks a good bit nicer, though not quite $130 worth, I feel $100--$105, maybe $110--$112 price range max.

China is coming out with shavers that are not on the low end under $15 with super cheap at under $10 or for beginners in the $15--$40 but in the midrange market like I found in $50--$70 or the high end like yours.

*Sorry I was looking on my Cell phone earlier, and the brand makes a very similar single 1/2 blade for the same price.
