Today's shave stuff: Sort of a photo

As I mentioned on Tuesday, my Kindle Fire tablet started to crap out, so I bought a new one. I was able to back most of my old tablet's setup onto the new one, spent two or three days doing a lot of manual fine tuning, and am now trying the camera. Today's shave setup was the first photo I took with it, and I have to say that I am not impressed with this camera so far. It's like it has a film across the lens or something.
Anybody got any ideas what might be wrong with it and if it's fixable?
Anyway, for today's shave, I went with my "Red Green Duct Tape Special" frankensoap. I made it a couple years before the pandemic by combining all my classic soft Italian almond-scented soaps into one big 1lb tub. I called it the "Red Green Duct Tape Special" because most of the soaps had red or green labels or tubs - and a popular Canadian comic at the time was Red Green, who played a DIY "handyman" who fixed everything with duct tape. Seemed appropriate...
Since the pandemic, most of the soaps in it are either no longer made or at least no longer sold by anyone in North America. The main ingredients were Vitos Extra Super Coco (red label), Vitos Supercrema (green label), Valobra Almond Classic (none of the three seem available anymore), Cella red tub (still around), and 3P (out of business entirely).
The soap was originally a fairly soft croap but is now hardened into something closer to a triple milled soap. It still has a nice almond scent though, and loads onto a damp brush quickly and easily.
The Simpson's Chubby 2 synthetic loaded enough after about a dozen swirls on the tub to do two excellent face latherings. And the soap is still very slick and protective with a decent post-shave feel.
My usual two passes (one WTG on the face and ATG on the neck, and the second XTG on the face and WTG on the neck) resulted in a DFS. The alum was a bit warm but nothing too remarkable. I did notice one blood fleck later under my chin -- I think I may have nicked a pimple there.
Overall, an excellent shave and the vintage Schick injector blade is still fine after 11 shaves.
Hope everyone has a good weekend!
Edit: I just wiped the camera lens and then tried the camera again, panning around my room with it, and it is now giving a clear sharp picture of everything. Either there was something on the lens or it just needed time to settle in...
