This Gada Cool Mint cream is perfect for anyone who’s looking for something low priced with great performance. It’s from Lebanon and I can get it for as little as a buck and a half for a 65 gram tube, it has a lovely minty/lemony scent, just a small dab on both cheeks is enough for fantastic lather that’s so slick as well as cushiony and protective, it gives a nice menthol sensation, and it also chamomile which helps to leave a very soothed, relaxed feeling on the skin. The Gold Bond moisturizer is not only soothing, it’s also very cooling, and the Island Man aftershave smells so gorgeous. Two swift passes gave me an awesome BBS shave that I thoroughly enjoyed!

I had an absolute wonderful shave today…stay tuned…

I used the sample of Muir(e) Wood, a soap which i was interested in for a long time. It was the right decision to order that sample. The scent started with light notes of „Petrichor“, going into some „Fir“- notes ending up with some „Berry-sweetness“. Not too sweet, just right (for me). A very pleasant scent. Great job from Barrister and Mann.

The Rocca performed well as it always does and shaved of everything in 2 joyful passes. BBS as it could (and should) be.

Did i noticed the Alum Block? No. Not at all. Marbert Man Aftershave to end this wonderful shave.

Two passes and touch ups with the Ever-Ready Lather Catcher and the Personna GEM SS PTFE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Lustray Spice After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Sunday Schick shave, July 14th 2024

Razor : Stick Schick injector theme variant. Mfg 1973, mild range. Interesting theme Schick injector. I always like to use this one because it kind of reminds me of my youth growing up racing our old cars. Had a close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : SChick injector(1) Sharp and smooth with reasonable longevity.
Soap : Razorock M.F croap, nice fragranced soap with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi " Mountain lake" 24mm 2band badger. Excellent lather generator, pillow like soft tips, nice Splay scrubber + great lather painter. Very nice brush to work my beard area with a decent badger knot and handle.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock M.F splash with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Stick Schick injector with a SChick injector blade.
