Sunday shave, Aug 4th 2024

Razor : Yaqi Excalibur SE 50mm with a Yaqi Milano 316 SSP handle. Mfg 2021>, mild to tame mid range. Simple clamping system with small head parts. Makes for a nimble decent shave 95% of the time for myself. Had a close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Schick SE proline(5) sharp and smooth with reasonable longevity.
Soap : Razorock Lavender. Nice lavender soap with some of the best lather qualities I have used.
Brush : Yaqi" Chiantis" 24mm synthetic. Excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. Great gentle brush for those easy going days, nice handle + knot.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock King louis lavender + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Yaqi Excalibur SE with a Schick proline blade.

i have used my razo-rock trio the last three shaves.they are my favorite razo-rock products,both performance and scent wise.well worth the $$ if you are patient and wait for them to come in.i got these sets around 2018.. ish. i rarely use them though..
