Razor : Yaqi SLOPE 316 SSP, Torsional slant head with a Yaqi Brass base nickel coated handle. Mfg 2022>, mild to smooth tame mid range. Excellent design, machining and finish QC. The finish is a high quality machine surface that is adequate for my shaving needs. I like slant razors and this one is smooth and gives rewarding results. Had a close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : GSB(2) sharp and smooth with reasonable longevity. Top tier in my den.
Soap : Speick stick, nice mild spicy scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi"Ever helpful" 22 mm 2band badger. Excellent lather generator, pillow like soft tips, Excellent nice splay scrubber, + great lather painter. Very hard for any brush to beat this one for splay scrubbing and still have a soft face feel IMO. The knot loft is slightly shorter but dense hair knot are my observation experiences for a nice scrubbing and reasonable painter brush.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Ach Brito Lavanda with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Yaqi Slant razor with a GSB blade. Very enjoyable quick shave, a good razor for efficiency + smooth IMO.

The Morning Shave.
The Astra Superior Platinum blade was in my 1961 Gillette Adjustable FatBoy today.

Another very smooth shave. It’s easy to see why this is a good blade for someone starting wet shaving. No weepers or any irritation from a full head and face shave.
I picked up the Nivea Men – Sensitive pro pack about 2 years ago, $5.00 Aus for both. Great quality with a mild scent.
My soaps/creams last for ages. I look on the package to estimate the number of shaves I will get. I sue >1gm of cream and a little less from a hard soap - 100 gm will give me 100 shaves.
I have a similar process of lather build as @UncleLshaves (Laurie)

Brush: Omega 11047 'Mixed Midget' Badger/Boar.
Bowl Lather.
Bowl: Tesco's Ceramic 'Cosmo' Side Bowl.
Lather: HWF Lanolin Shaving Soap. (no.3)
Blade: Treet Black Carbon. (D1)
Razor: Parker 55SL Semi-Slant.

Post:
Cold Water Face Rinse./Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, /Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse./Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils.5 Menthol Crystals Mixed Together With Care+Witch Hazel./Cien Men Aqua ASL./Creightons Sensitive PSB.

Early morning shave,

Another wonderful shave to finish my shaving week off on a high...The Treet Black Carbon paired together well with the Parker 55SL making a smooth efficient duo.

A comfortable 2 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Creightons Sensitive PSB.

My face is feeling cool smooth & smelling divine.

The b-pure Shave Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #455 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gem Micromatic Bullet Tip Razor and the Personna PTFE SE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Lustray Spice After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

A quickie but a helluva goodie - lots of thick, rich, slick, chilly lather, and such a comfortable postshave feeling. The Nip Man balm has a very nice minty scent with plenty of soothing as well as moisturizing, and it’s also very cooling while the Alt Innsbruck aftershave smells so old school European and the menthol sensation is delightful. Last but not least the Oscar Pour Lui fragrance which smells awesome and I’m ready to enjoy another day of retirement. Three swift passes gave me an awesome BBS shave but I think I’ll soon have to change the blade.
