Signature scent of the Day. This is an Icon from the late 80’s and though it doesn’t carry the same depth as that legendary juice when it first appeared, there still is enough to get a light reminder of how great a scent it was. This one is an older bottle from 2013 I believe. Not as hard hitting but, it gets the job done for me.
Tried Kouros today for the first time. The first 10 minutes are a bit challenging but the drydown is as good as anything I've sampled.
It has somewhat of a petrol like type vibe from the Violet Leaf note but, it blends in really well with the Leather, Vetiver & Amber notes with just a hint of Patchouli in there to give it a pleasant earthy like note in the deep drydown. Not as strong or powerful today as it was back in the 90's & early 2000's but, it's still a superb masculine fragrance although significantly watered down.
I've was just in the store and there is a very nice selection of customizable scent options but, I don't see an option for Vetiver. Has it sold out or been discontinued? I'm looking at a couple of things to add to the basket for purchase especially the Mojito scent in both soap (lanolin version) & splash. Is there an option to choose the Vetiver offering? Thank you in advance..
