    Greetings,

    Early morning shave,

A great performance from Parker 87R to finish my shaving week off on a high...The LEA shave stick providing a good acceptable slick lather and a great post shave with no drying out on my skin in between each pass leaving a good post shave feel.

A close comfortable 2 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Replenishing PSB.

My face is feeling smooth, & smelling divine.;)

Keep safe, and enjoy your day ladies & gentlemen.

  16. Fine shave this Throwback Thursday morning. 0:35 at the Loading Dock, with the Sir Hare soap. As it entered my face and neck it felt so warm and plesant. Goose eggs on cuts, Knicks, Polka-dots, Red Ball Sunsets. 2 passes. Maybe a little too much Stephan A.S., therefore I'll ease up tomorrow. Pleased overall. As Outstanding As It Gets.

I decided to do a simple setup that excludes the alum and an aftershave splash and doesn't require bowl lathering for this morning’s shave. I picked the MMOC razor and the Barbus Sport Shave Cream to facilitate this shave. I went with 2 passes to give me an error-free close comfortable shave. Splashed on the witch hazel to end this very simple and quick shave. I do need a headshave and will do it later this afternoon or evening. Take care.

  20. Great shave set up Joe. Simple shave set ups are sometimes the best shaves... I'm enjoying just using my two parker razors so far this month, it's made me realise that you don't really need lots of razors, my December focus I'm going to just use the Merkur 34C HD, which was my first proper DE razor I purchased when I first started out with this traditional wet shaving hobby/pass time of mine. Since then I have accumulated more razors than I actually really need. However, I like variety, just like everyone else...
