SE SOTD, Friday, November 22nd 2024 Razor : Yaqi Romulus SE 316 SSP with a Yaqi Chippendale 316 SSP handle. Excellent machining, design and finish. Very nimble to work the beard and just a joy to use. Simple blade clamping system. Blade : Kai Captain titian mild pink (7) sharp and smooth with excellent longevity. Soap : Yaqi "The Green", very nice nature freshness in a evergreen forest setting in the springtime with excellent lather qualities. Brush : Yaqi " Cola" 22mm plissoft synthetic knot, very nice small knot that works great for my shave needs. Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area. Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups. Post shave : Witch hazel soap residual cleanse + Yaqi The Green splash + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless). Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable stellar shave this morning with my Yaqi Romulus SE with a Kai CTMP blade. Have some great shaves!
