Is the capitol of Kentucky pronounced “loo-a-vil” or “loo-ee-vil”?

    Show Spoiler
    . Neither- It’s pronounced Frankfort.

So, a rooster lays an egg on the peak of the barn roof. Which side does it roll down?

Weird how in any state with 2 decent sized cities, the capitol will always be a small town in between them.

Salem, Oregon, an hour south of Portland and three hours north of Eugene.

I wouldn't call Salem a 'small' town exactly. Small in comparison to Portland though.

Frankfort, Ky was selected to be the Capitol for practical and financial reasons: https://explorekyhistory.ky.gov/items/show/505

I'm sure each state has an interesting story about how the Capitol city was selected.
