First, Happy New Year to all my TSD brothers. May 2025 bring you happiness, health and prosperity. 새해 복 많이 받으세요. Timing is everything and I finished this tub of La Tierra Mohada CK-6 formula before 2025 starts. I saw @Primotenore used his Cobra Classic so I was inspired, but I forgot to wipe down before the picture. Two classic stanks to wrap this soap up, YSL Reve Gauche in the tin can and Frediric Malle Musc Ravaguer. I will take the next to enjoy some variety and select the next 3017 target.
Receive this from a member here with a tiny scooped out. used it nearly exclusively for less than a year and a quarter. Now I'm sad it's gone.
Kicking off 2025 with some variety before selecting my next 3017. I wanted an epic shave so I picked some of my top performers. I do enjoy this butterscotch Roney brush and it works great with Tabac, I know I am going to get some slick shaving cream. This big 8/8 full hollowRevisor doesn't just look the part, it has a fantastic edge. What a better to finish off an epic shave, over sprayed Kouros. Now the whole apartment building can enjoy the stank with me.
Wednesday, January 1 AoS Sandalwood~~Rooney 3/1 Silvertip~~Gillette New SC/Wilkinson~~Ralph Lauren Safari (Cosmair)First shave of the new year with the same soap as in 2024... The Safari is a super-stank.
Starting the New Year with my favorite! Wednesday January 1, 2025 Brush: SOC Mistura Soap: Tabac Razor: Henson Blade: Wizamet SI P/S: Osma Alum Block P/S: Thayers Witch Hazel P/S: Tabac
They do but..... it is too cold to keep them open. Korous does mix well with grilled pork belly and kimchi.
HappyNew Year, Charlie. Y'know,I heard someone mention a Piggly Wiggly during a filming of the TV drama-DATELINE. Well, what else can you say when there's a Piggly Wiggly in the filming area? (Without question, the mention of Piggly Wiggly made me sit straight up on my couch).
Happy New Year, Paul. I hope all is well, my friend. I fell on Sunday (inattention, rightfully scolded for not using the handrail, bumps/bruises/no breaks/doing OK), but I am still a bit sore. To top things off, I picked up a respiratory infection. Thankfully, I am on the mend. I'm not back to feeling like a million bucks yet, but at least I'm better than a $1.98. I knocked off three days of whiskers yesterday and shaved again this morning. That alone made me feel better. We are expecting a winter storm on Sunday, so the grocery stores 'round here are getting emptied out. Sure wish we had a neighborhood Piggly Wiggly, as I'm sure they would have an ample winter supply of pork belly and Kimchi. I think this is why @Keithmax always asks me to take him to The Pig when he visits the US. He Digs The Pig and has the t-shirt to prove it. Take care, Paul.
I'm so sorry about yor fall-something that has happened to me on more than one occasion in recent times. LIke you, I have some respiratory isues to deal with. WEll, maybe it's just a bad cold with the cough just happening, but it's been uncomfortable. I may visit the doc next week if my Mucinex doesn't help. I had RSV a yesar or so ago-what a nuisance of a disease THAT is. I'll settle all this with my doc next week. I'm glad you were abl to shave recently-you remember me talkinabout me having a bad flu years ago and my Mom telling me one morning "I thinkit's time for you to try a shower and shave-could make you feel a little better". It DID.
