    A very nice shave this morning. I "dunked" the Gillette Foamy once again(actually held it under the warm tap water)to moisten the can.Clean and clear shave all over. No damage of any kind. One pass. I closed this time with the TSD store-bought Russian Leather A.S. I've been very happy with this product. Maybe I'll buy the matching shave soap sometime,,at least I'll have a quality soap to shave with for the aftershave. My cold isn't 100% over, but I can still smell that TSD Russian Leather. As Outstanding As It Gets for the shave itself.

    Nice post and shave Chris. I like my Tabac stick because it makes a quick and slick lather. Like you mentioned, there's no bowl to clean and that also helps with spending less time doing a shave session, especially when pressed for time.

    Excellent travel day shave in the Southern Den. Sorry to be leaving the relative warmth to return to winter back on LI. Perhaps Joe, @Triggee, can work some of his magic.

    I am enjoying the use of the straight razor after a month hiatus. Three glorious passes, although two would have sufficed, to super smoothness.
