What a nice soap this Brick is - it’s an in house brand from a barbershop in the Netherlands. The scent is very classy, I use it as a stick and it gives fantastic lather that’s so thick, rich, slick, as well as cushiony, and it gives a very comfortable postshave feeling. I received it from a friend of mine in the Netherlands last year. The Proraso Blue balm smells quite nice although I have trouble describing the scent and it’s so soothing. The Brut Oceans aftershave has a lovely scent and after a two second sting it feels great. Three passes gave a super duper BBS shave that I enjoyed so much!

The Williams Mug Shave Soap lathered well with Jayaruh #460 Silvertip Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Baton-handled Treet SE Razor and the Personna Gem Stainless PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Pinaud Clubman After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Razor : Yaqi Mellon 316 SSP head with a Yaqi Milano 316S SP handle. Mfg 2023, tame mid to mostly mid range depending on blade. Excellent machining for a dual open comb razor (hard to manufacture IMO) + excellent outside finish + excellent design. This mornings shave was awesome with everything just tuned in perfect + audio feedback with that sizzling sound of whiskers being chopped off was perfect for a different type of music this morning.
Blade : Polsilver (4) sharp and smooth this morning with reasonable longevity.
Soap : Yaqi The Green, Beautiful natural fresh of evergreen forest to my nose + excellent lather qualities.
Brush :Yaqi "Dandelion" 24mm Cashmere knot. Great brush for my shaving needs.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Yaqi The Green splash with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable stellar shave this morning with my Yaqi Mellon razor with a Gillette Polsilver blade.

Razor: RazoRock Game Changer .84 // Blade: Gillette Platinum // Soap: Soap Commander Endurance // Brush: PAA Solar Flare // Aftershave: Witch Hazel - Pinaud Clubman Special Reserve

A mighty fine shave. The razor came in today and is a loan from a good friend. He also sent me the Goodfella Smiles Syntesi Stainless Steel and the Blackbird OC. Curious on both of them…

The Game Changer .84 performed like i thought it would. Very smooth and gentle. BBS in 2,5 passes plus minor touch ups. The brush lathered up the wonderful smelling soap in no time in nearly perfect conditions. The razor is right up my alley and now i am thinking of buying it…

After applying Witch Hazel my trusted Special Reserve came into play. Man, do i love this scent…

My world is good now.

Very nice shave with the big Kropp. I think I’ve acclimated to the menthol freeze of the soap but the aftershave was truly sub-zero
