Razor - Schick Type M Injector
    Blade - schickinjector.jpg (3)
    Soap - El Caballero
    Brush - Jayaruh JR#312

It's a snowy 2 degrees this morning in the STL area. I hauled myself home from another night of challenges at work and took a long hot shower. Then, it's time to shave. The Schick M was so good yesterday there was no doubt I'd use it again today. The El Caballero is slowly giving up the ghost, and the JR312 dug a bigger hole out of the ring of death. Looking forward to finishing this soap up and moving on to something else. It's a great soap, love the scent, but yeah...I'm starting to get bored. At least the brush wasn't boring at all. Love that faux horse.

Two full passes today, just as smooth on day 3 as it was on day 1. Did some touch up, and ended up baby butt smooth again. Injectors definitely do a really fine job. Got my feet up now, and ready to sleep through the rest of the snow today. Have a great Tuesday!

My computer has begun to play tricks on me Gary...At the worst it is taking MUCH LONGER than before to sign on, let alone to be in here. I had a njce shabe with the Foamy. I love the Paul Sebastian A.S> No damage from my favorite razor :).

    Razor - Micromatic Clog Pruf
    Blade - Gem Stainless SE
    Soap - El Caballero
    Brush - Jayaruh JR#54

Snowy and 3 degrees this morning. Life in STL is never dull, weather wise anyway. I decided to stick with a single edge razor for a few more days and chose the Gem Micromatic Clog Pruf. Very similar to its cousin, the MMOC, this razor features a solid comb but is designed to funnel all the lather and debris under the razor and underneath the head. It does a very good job of that. The Gem stainless blade is as good as ever, and provides a very smooth and effective combination with this razor. I like to pair carbon blades with these older SE's, but am currently out of them. More on the way in the next week.

The JR brush is a treat to see and use, and quickly produced tons of lather off of the El Caballero. Still working on the endless ring of death. Two passes and maybe a bit of irritation, but otherwise a great finish. Enjoy your hump day!

    Good morning.

    Shavette Shave #607
    Parker SRB
Suneko Amorphous Diamond 1/2 DE Blade (2)
    Omega Pro 49 Boar Brush
    TSD Barbershoppe SS and AS
    Stirling Alum Block
    Beard Growth: 2.75 days

    20250219_092432.jpg

Definitely needed a shave this morning so I chose the Parker SRB with a relatively fresh Suneko blade to do the job. I only needed 2 passes to get me just shy of a BBS shave. There wasn't any bloodshed so that's always a good thing. Lol. Had some alum feedback in my neck, but nothing serious. Splashed on the matching aftershave and I am ready to face whatever the day brings. Take care.
