    Here is what I see

    Mid 1800's after 1845 W&B light hone wear hard to really tell
    Horn Scales look a little dry "Neats Foot Oil soak might cure it
    Needs the Steel cleaned up and a new edge
    Most of those are a Near Wedge grind good heavy steel

    Nice looking W&B. But, it does need a good restoration, done properly. That old razor deserves that. If you plan on keeping it, I would suggest that.
