    Mitchell’s Match-up and Mix up
    Time to compare the Mitchell’s Wool Fat against some of my other soaps croaps and cream

    2 Days growth, Saturday was a blade free day

    Hot Water Prep and Preshave = Proraso Wood and spice
    Cream/Soap = MWF + Stirling Bergamot and Lavendar = super lather
    Brush = Omega 10049
    No Bowl = Face lathering
    Razor = Pearl Flexi OC
    Blade = Permasharp (2)
    Passes = 2 +
    Post = Usual CWR, Alum, rinse, pat dry, Thayer’s rose petal, L’Occitane Cedrat
    Scent = The Body Shop Black Musk
    Score = 9+ / 10
    Damage = none

    Great mix of lathers over the top of the pre-shave
    Thought I would try out the heavy Pearl Flexi OC again, so needed some extra special lather
    Started off on setting 1 and finished on 2
    Overall it took little time to find the best grip, angle and light touch, holding the razor around 2cm down from the cap for a nicely balanced fulcrum point. The Flexi and the Permasharp took down most of the 2 day stubble in the first pass, no ATG attempted with this razor today however
