Today I went with a new scent from Adopted Acres I received the other day and I went for my second shave with the Guerrilla aluminum.

On an unusually cold, wind-swept day here in NY I wanted to go for something to bring me up as the weather (and the Knicks) had gotten me a little low. I knew instantly what would do the trick. I grabbed for a very special delivery I received earlier this week. Adopted Acres Pineapple Under the Sea! The soap is in honor of Eli, a boy who dear to my heart, for his birthday! Eli helps his folks at Adopted Acres pick scents, make soaps, and pack orders! This scent is amazing just like Eli. I’ll let his folks sum up Eli and the notes from their Etsy site:

You could shave with a shard of glass and you’d be fine. Plus, the best post shave feel I get from anywhere. Pineapple Under the Sea is a must have! Smooth, not too sharp, nice and easy

The Col. Conk Amber Shave Soap lathered well with Frank Shaving Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Supply SE Injector Razor and the Supply Black Label Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Derby City Chop Shop Winter Reserve After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
