Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears Naturalé aloe Vera & olive oil bar soap.
Brush: Anbbas 24mm Synthetic.
Face Lather.
Lather: Scottish Fine Shaving Soap.
Blade: Gillette Wilkinson Sword. (D2)
Razor: Parker 92R.

Sunday morning shave,

The Scottish Fine Shaving Soap never fails to provide me with a excellent slick protective lather for the shave leaving a wonderful post shave feel.

An enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report. The Indian GWS & Gillette Winner platinum blades have been smooth and efficient through the month and this morning was no exception. A great shave to finish the month off on a high.

In my July focus I'll be using my vintage & modern Gillette DE razors paired together with the Egyptian made Lord Asco Super Stainless, Silver Star Super Stainless, & Shark Super Stainless for my face shaves, and continue to use the Gillette Guard Cartridge razor for my head and dome shaves.

Finishing the shave off with a generous splash of Brut Attraction Totale ASL.

My face is feeling smooth, & smelling divine.

Razor: Merkur Progress // Blade: Ewnto (Fly Dear) (2) // Soap: SV Felce Aromatica // Brush: RazoRock Hive 24 // Aftershave: Aloe Vera Gel

A really nice shave. Did not used the Progress for quite some time. Smooth and gentle on setting 2,5. 2 passes plus minor touch ups and a BBS was achieved. Applied some Aloe Vera Gel as Aftershave but sometimes Aloe Vera Gel is all i need. Love this stuff.

The Nivea Shave Cream lathered well with Alpha T-400 Silvertip Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the J.A. Henckels Rapide Lather Catcher Razor and the J.A. Henckels Wedge Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Nivea After Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Ever since I discovered this Vintage Spice soap and aftershave my cravings for the Shulton Old Spice stuff are completely satisfied - my goodness the scent is spot on identical. The Vintage Spice soap is a tallow based treasure with MAGNIFICENT lather, the slickness is awesome, and the postshave feeling is so comfortable. The Lubriderm moisturizer is also chock full of skincare, and the Vintage Spice aftershave not only has the identical beautiful scent of the Shulton Old Spice, it lasts for hours and it’s witch hazel based so there’s no burning or stinging. The new 7 AM blade helped ensure a most enjoyable three pass BBS shave - wow!!!!!

The Gillette New Short Open Comb 1930's, shaves slightly better than the Merkur 15C OC. Otherwise, I'm totally confused, unless the head attack angle geometry is different.
