    Starbucks coffee is horrible.

Starbucks coffee based drinks (like lattes) taste fine, as milk is masking the burnt undertones.

When I was still drinking Starbucks, I noticed that very few people ordered “plain” coffee, it was all double-fuzz-triple-something-frappiato-supreme. I doubt that they would get as popular as they did with their basic stuff.

Now however you can get decent basic coffee at any gas station. It’s a far cry from 30 years ago when most places sold coffee that tasted like old socks. I don’t know how Starbucks is even staying in business when even McDonald’s coffee is better.

I beg to differ. While I agree 100% that back in the day, Starbucks only offered a very dark roast bean; these days, go into a Starbucks and order a "pour over, blond roast". You may be pleasantly surprised.

It's been awhile but the answer is no. Like most others here I have enough shave supplies to last until I die or stop shaving, whichever comes first.

I am lucky as the Persona USA 100 pack I got in May on e-Bay was at $16.98 USA was at basically the same price as my 2017 version that I was not buying from Amazon because of price increases because of the tariffs where the same item now is back to the normal price so each blade is $0.17 USA.

I got for $7.50USA or so a Parker black pressed leather head I later had to modify the bottom opening to fit my newer shaver as I did use it for a month on my older one as the Qshave model you could buy separate from the shavers in 2017 fell apart finally after 8 years because it was mostly fake leathers not even cheap pressed leather that lasts a good while.

The Shavers I got more recently are older on e-Bay a Gillette Adjustable Slim Handle in May for $32.87 total that I dated to an H 3 by Badger & Blade with a case unknown L or J with 1 or 11 as a backup in early June on e-Bay with case modified to hold the Micro Touch One not sure as the backup for $36.77 USA total for. I did not need another Micro Touch One/Wishi short handle branded shaver that was getting stuck/finicky on the butterfly adjustment and I wanted to try an adjustable shaver where all the quick open butterfly style adjustable, the style I use to save time cleaning in middle of shave to finish off before going to full shave were like the Rockwell butterfly model the only good one was expensive over and the Viking model had issues and most of the Wishi models/Wishi made for Yintal models or the OEM models like one Wishi also makes had issues. I got this Gillette model because I wanted to use Adjustable Shavers so when my blade starts going duller after the initial break in period, so I do not need to use more pressure thus more risk on blades as I get lots of days from each shaving blade. I get the 30--40 days for the Personna USA 2024--2025 or 45--55 but can if needed push 60 days for Personna 2017 (thicker blades by about 1--2 MM and about the same sharpness so the older thicker profile lasts longer) and 27--30 on a good set of my King C Gillette mostly Chinese/early no country a few I keep my older Persona set fitting in the package are more ones I have as emergency spares if somebody needs them during travel and does not want a Personna or ones I tested if I do need to buy because of the forgetting my older set of blades somewhere and need a new blade.

My Micro Touch One that will be for plane travel an older Pre Rick Harris endorsement model I got in 2017 at my local Walgreens was last one in the As seen on TV section where the box was all dented up even taped up on the box lid that was on a sale price. Reason the Micro Touch One be my plane flying model as I do not trust baggage people to not break a harder to find older in good shape shaver. The Micro Touch One still works when I close it down fully that takes more turning but can lock up or be touchy where light bumps open the butterfly every now and then, so I never use the shaver for normal use or no flying travel.

The fact Starbucks got the market in the USA cornered for most places as McDonalds, Kwik Trip, Casey's Genral and good BK places stepped up their game in the early 2000's and Dunkin Donut's added more options then just whipped cream or adding hot coco into the mix to call it a Latte in the early 2000's as Dunkin Donuts was forced to step up as Starbucks came for Dunkin Donut's reign. Krispy Kreme is the fat persons version of Dunkin Donuts. Now you have high end chains like Panara Bread or Bagel Bro's for Coffee with even regional chains like Caribou Coffee out in the late 1990's that are cheaper to more the Starbucks side with actual food offerings even in the smaller places in other stores. The Campfire coffee from Caribou Coffee is my favorite and they have a sandwich that works, problem is most outside of big highways/interstates do not keep Caribou Coffee open past 2pm.
