The Mitchel's Wool Fat Shaving Soap lathered well with Jayaruh #277 Silvertip Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Fatboy G2 Razor (7) and the Gillette Silver Blue Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Vegetal After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

OMG, after using a setup like this it’s a miracle that my face didn’t disintegrate because the menthol power is so STRONG. The Glacial Citron soap and aftershave’s scent is delightful - it’s lemony driven but with notes of lime, and tangerine, the soap is a lather monster that has so much slickness, as soon as the brush makes contact with your skin the menthol sensation hits you, and the skincare is typical Stirling perfection. The Stoffel balm provided such moisturizing along with a whopping menthol feeling of its own, and the Glacial Citron aftershave went on frigidly cold. This 7 AM blade is at the end of the road but it gave me one last hoorah with a great three pass BBS shave that I thoroughly enjoyed!

Pre: cut a slice off my PAA mentholated cube 2.0, then melted that into my new TSD twist up stick and applied to my wet face that was freshly showered then scrubbed and rinsed with Stirling Soap Mentha Scrub. I know, I could have just bought paa’s ice tube which is already in a stick but wheres the fun in that right? but I digress.

Brush: Captains Choice custom Silvertip 24mm knot but it felt like more, I’ll have to measure it with my caliper later

Soap: face lathered using Stirling soap mixture of Barbershop and Haverford which is almost empty but I have more and don’t think I’ll be running out of soap anytime soon since by SAD is running hot

Razor 1: Feather Artist Club Shavette SS using a Proguard blade 4th use, WTG
Razor 2: RazorRock Superslant L1++OC using a Dorco blade on its 1st use. I corked this blade once on each side before using it.

Post: TSD Aftershave Milk Sandalwood, which I just got and really like the way it soothes, smells, and makes my face feel, Thanks JoAnna! Once my face was dry after applying the milk, I applied some Lather and wood which is a thicker texture, then topped it off with just a bit of Captains Choice Cat O nine tails aftershave splash because my wife loves that scent and because I’m generally nuts and have gone way overboard with all this wet shaving stuff and don't think I’ll be returning to sanity any time soon, nor do I want to!

I’m generally happy with the outcome of this shave but I gotta say, my fatip Lo Storto and Picolli open comb slants at 40 bucks a piece, that have never had any issue with the blade alignment that I hear so much about on the forums, give me a closer shave with less irritation than the razor rock 140$ super slants do.

Recently with the hot weather we've been having I've really enjoyed my menthol themed shaves.

The OSP Grapefruit & Menthol cream provided a great cooling wake up call to my face sensors.

Finishing the shave off with a generous splash of Proraso Eucalyptus & Menthol ASL.

My face is feeling smooth, & smelling divine.

Razor: Henson +++ // Blade: Rotbart // Soap: Musgo // Brush: Olivewood Synthetic // Aftershave: Witch Hazel - Couto

A very nice shave. The soap with it´s clean yet fresh scent was lathered up in no time an outstanding quality. The Henson with the Rotbart blade took care of the whiskers in 2 passes. Boooom, BBS. Applied some Witch Hazel followed by the wonderful Couto Aftershave, which smells clean and fresh too, but it´s manly. Very nice skincare and skinfeel.

A 10 out of 10

This Plissoft synthetic brush is fantastic - as a rule I use it to lather my creams and a couple of my soaps - the results I get are great. The Derbylux cream is from Hungary and it has such a nice sporty/minty scent, just a small dab on both cheeks gives me awesome lather, it has a pleasant menthol sensation, and it’s very good skincare wise. The Lubriderm moisturizer provided me with lots of soothing, and this bottle of Aqua Velva is almost finished but I have a brand new one. The new 7 AM helped me get a terrific three pass BBS shave that was so enjoyable!
