Almost done; I need to line the center with some thin black leather, but it hasn’t arrived yet.

I finished the last step. I lined the center with a layer of thin lamb leather.

I got to do the best kind of alteration yesterday. I wore a belt I hadn’t worn in a while. I used my belt cutter to shorten it by 2” (Followed, of course, by burnishing the cut ends.)

I wanted to learn a new stitch- the baseball stitch- for an upcoming project. After some help from YouTube, I made a simple leather grip for one of my mallets. Not bad for a first try.

Here is a can Koozie I made from a kit. My purpose is to wear it on my archery quiver belt, so I have water handy, when shooting t outdoors. This is the project for which I learned the baseball stitch.
