I posted in a separate thread about a brush I received from Shavemac. It had a ton of glue residue around the brush (where it is inserted into the handle). I was just curious if anyone had seen this before, with any brush, not just Shavemac. I wanted to post an update on this so everyone will know that Shavemac's reputation for fantastic customer service is well deserved. I emailed Bernd via the email address on my receipt and within a few hours I received this response from him: Absolutely top notch! Most American businesses could learn a little something about customer service from a response like this. I tip my hat to Bernd and the fine people at Shavemac!
Bernd is a gentleman and takes great pride in his work. I felt sure that he would respond in this way. With a bit of careful trimming, you can have a brush that would make a fantastic gift for a newbie.
Shavemac does has great customer service, of the few problems I've heard about in the past....they have always made things right and the customers are happy They are quick to get the matter resolved too I love their brushes!
