Performance is good and It has a really nice scent and I use it sparingly. she bought it from the TOBS store on Jermyn street and her comment was that she never thought a 'piece of soap' would be so expensive.

Shave of the Week Starting 9/29/2025 Razor.................Gillette Slim Adjustable Blade..................Personna Gem Platinum Diamond Glide Brush.................Shave Revolution Synthetic Soap...................Yardley Post....................Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe A/S.................... Assorted i.e. whatever I want/like that day The Personna blade is, evidently, a replacement for the comfort coated ones that have been available. Lot of chatter about this blade on another board so thought I would try them out. And....it's a nice blade. I got a close/comfortable shave using the Slim Adjustable. Not sure how it will work in other razors but reports are positive. Think I'll just call it the PDG blade. Anyway, nice shave to start the week out with and my face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks.
Menthol Monday's Cold Water Shave Cold Water Rinse PSC Caffeinated Shaving Cream Jayaruh #30 Silvertip Badger TNNSER Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade CWR Humphrey's Witch Hazel PSC Caffeinated AS Today is the 29th day of Single Edge SEptember where I use a different single edge razor for each day of the month. Today features a creation of Tom White, the TNNSER. The PSC Caffeinated Shaving Cream was face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #30 Silvertip Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the TNNSER and the Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and PSC Caffeinated After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Menthol Monday’s Major Grand Freeze: Cool shower Yaqi 30mm Barber Pole Super Speed/Perma Sharp day 5 Bundubeard Kameelperd’s Kick SS Bundubeard Stoffel ASB Floid Vigoroso AS Splash After using a setup like this I think it’ll take just about the entire day for my face to thaw out completely - this Kameelperd soap is something else. The scent is exactly the same as the other two “Kick” soaps - coffee with peppermint notes in such a nice way, it’s also glycerine based, it lathers like there’s no tomorrow, the menthol sensation hits like a sledgehammer, and it’s chock full of skincare. The Stoffel balm is also peppermint scented, just a small amount is needed, it’s also frigid, and the moisturizing as well as the soothing are wonderful. Jaco is a champion artisan, believe me. Last but not least the Floid Vigoroso aftershave is another face freezer with a gorgeous old school barbershop scent. Three passes gave me such a great BBS shave that was lots of fun!
