I love the look of that razor. Have you been shaving with straights for a long time? Do you still use DE’s as well? frequently, sometimes, never? One day I’d like to get one, definitely on my bucket list. I’d give myself a C as far as my ability using my dovo shavette and feather ac ss and sr. I know a straight is worlds different than these but I’m a rebel.

 

@randba you might be surprised how much more forgiving a real straight razor is compared to a shavette. Stop waiting and jump in. If you decide a straight isn’t your cup of tea you can always sell it!

I just use straights except for my scalp. I have a lot of vintage and otherwise double edge, single edge, shavettes but seldom bring them out. Straights for maybe 15 years or so.
