I don't suppose anyone can help me identify the year of production on this. It doesn't have anything that could identify when it was made.
My guess is after WWII as this when the gold/coated brass was most popular but before 1950 when the letter and which third system was used for the Gillette USA production. I only say this because the Gillette Aristocrat was made in only gold/coated brass from 1946--1948 then both nickel plaiting and the gold/coated brass for 1949 and then only nickel plaiting in 1950 before being stopped as the Jr Aristocrat that in 1951--1952 became Super Speed model that took over the masrket. Badger and Blade has a good chart on this and from I also Say After WWII because the closed comb Tech was short lived as a metal model in 1940--1941 before going with the heavy black Bakelite handle in most of WWII starting in mid 1942 after aluminum became the metal for use on the better airplanes with later additions going Zmek for the top and bottom plate in 1944 when most metal resources were allocated to WWII with some being all plastic for specific military like the Marines/during the second half of 1945 as even Zmek was not allowed on the top and bottom plate for the public.
Sorry I could not be of any help more than just 1946--1948 after WWII. Fun Fact the tech with Bakelite handle is one of the blades you see used on TV show M.A.S.H used by Fank Burns as his character used it the shaver WWII as well and used it when going into a M.A.S.H unit again after serving in WWII as an Army Hosptial station well away from the front line in Europe in the final year in Europe in 1944 to early 1945, at least he claims he served in WWII in the TV series. Frank Burns was kind of cheap, so he kept using his WWII issued shaver with the cheap metal, long after most people got something better. The actor Lary Linville may have actually had his father's actual old shaver issued in WWII he used on set as I would not be surprised if his father was no longer using the WWII era Tech having moved to a better version of the Tech after the war or even something like the Aristocrat. Most of the others had 1960's to early 1970's black plastic handle Super Speed because the TV crew probably made a mistake when they saw they had to get black plastic knob Super Shavers and thought the shaver was made with a plastic handle during the Korean War. Then Major Winchester the 3rd he had aptly a gold/coated brass Aristocrat or similar butterfly in gold/coated brass sent from home to where he was before going to the M.A.S.H 4077, fitting for a person of his stature/family wealth. Badger and Blade site has a good chart for the USA made shavers history.
