Hi could this Tech L1 NOS from my collection be the full nickel version? Even though it doesn't indicate the country of manufacture. On the bottom only the Gillette logo and the date code The handle doesn't feel like nickel and is made of aluminum. The razor and handle are very shiny, but perhaps just because they're NOS. Without the blister pack, is it possible to identify the razor? Thx!

My other thought is this was a very early modern plastic handle, and somebody swapped handles for parts that broke, the head looks right for a 1962 onward model.

So, 1st does that reusable dispenser work do and 2nd, if the dispenser works do you use that reusable dispenser or is it just for show?
Thanks for the info, I wanted one to have for a 1960 F 2 Super Speed Gillette shaver I am giving to my dad for his birthday November 16th as 1960 is his birth year but most of them are models I would not touch due to the rusted blades fused to the body or ones that have been fixed up. I did find near the end of Persona's run of double edge blades in the 1980's or very early 1990's the person bought off e-Bay in 2004 that were new never uses 5 packs of blades in the crappy dispenser, not the metal ones used now you can find. They are some of the thinnest blades you can find ever made at 0.98--1 mm thick prior to this one Taiwan made model I found on AliExpess a more generic brand then the better-known brands that had a claim to be 0.39--0.4 of a mm thick.
