Great way to close out(until next usage)the Imperial soap. This one has to rank among my favorites(up to now). My face and neck feel like a cloud, after shaving with this. About 0:45 at the Loading Dock to get it ready to go. Clean and clear shave all over(including a better job down at Cactus Nation(neck). Zero damage. Nice finish from Clubman Special Reserve(Doc Pinaud Goes West). As Outstanding As It Gets.

Thanks, I have for the most part other than the occasional oops of not going up a dial number or going too high too soon having issues with my blades either feeling dull or cutting myself. I got the style of shaver I am using now for nearly everything just to have these later shaves after a bit be easier like those earlier shaves once the blade has dulled in a hair by going with more open gap/spacing for the blade. Today I may have gone a bit soon on the dial up from 5 to 6 or maybe a bit hard at the very end of shaving with possibly both.

A close comfortable shave to finish my shaving week off wonderfully.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Replenishing PSB.

TOBS Oud, Semogue Pegasus, Gillette Executive on #5
Exact same lather technique, nice and slick, same prep

So I popped in one of my Personna made in the USA blades for comparison with my most recent blades

Initial impression of dragging rather nice a clean cutting action, a little better in the 2nd pass perhaps, but it still took more work to get the desired result. Binned. I have place the box of blades at the back of the cabinet, who knows I might come back to these another day

I thought I would have to go to 3 passes but I bailed out after 2 passes to be on the safe side

Despite that the shave turned out fine

Finished off with the Blue Stratos duo

Have a great start to your days gents

Good Throwback shave overall. I forgot that the red Proraso is almost out, as it gave a few shocking squeeze sounds before finally coming out like a cloud.Good thing I have another full can, but I may want to order a coarse-beard wet shave deal soon. I hope I can open up the new can without difficulty. Anyway, clean, clear shave across the board, after recovering from the bad squeezes. No damage anywhere. The matching Proraso A.S. is real nice. Super Duper Outstanding.

Today's shave was a 9.5/10 as I used dial 7 for my entire shave. Today was shave 10 on the bottom, 29 in total with the blade from my Personna 100 pack made in USA I bought in late 2017.

I used as always, my H 2 or 1962 Gillette Adjustable slim handle shaver without the case.

I shaved after the shower so none of home-made shaving lotion/soap combo from the hotel squeeze lotion bottle for shaving today or water on the face, but I did keep the blade wet as needed until the cut.

The blade was still on day 9 smoother because this bottom side got stropped more due to not having the blade all the way into the Twin Stropper during that stropping with the first 10--12 turns of the handle where the blade only spun about every 3 shaves in this period before I took the blade out and put it in all the way. I think if I use my King C Gillette blades that are made in China, I will strop the blade before using the blades with the Twin Stropper device to remove that micro burr left on by the manufacturing process.

Same after a ban of posting when trying to explain the tariffs on the thread Why are Shaving items in USA so Expensive in 2025?, I even eliminated the word after the first warning calling them what the Red Hats did, Import Taxes and dropping the names of who signed what into law because of this might have triggered and then the ban after the second post.

Well after all that talk about the Twin Stropper by @Casey 1988 I decided to look it up

Lots of opinions on B&B so I asked ChatGPT

    Here is what it says:

    https://chatgpt.com/share/68f21190-f77c-8012-a8fa-c011b4a039f1

Why am I asking? I have a Wardonia razor with some old carbon blades, and wonder if it might be worth a try? Just for fun of course

    Worth bothering with?

I did mod some modern blades for the Wardonia but that is equally fiddly and not really for a daily routine type thing
