The Williams Mug Shave Soap was face-lathered well with Jayaruh #424 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the German Travel Razor and the Gillette Silver Blue Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Pinaud Special Reserve Cologne. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Proraso Green AS Splash

Here’s a soap that I haven’t used in a long time - these Gilly’s are from South Africa and they’re vegan based. This Lush Life has a really nice scent, it gives good lather although it sort of lacks in slickness, it’s mildly mentholated, and it’s fairly decent skincare wise. The Gold Bond moisturizer is so cooling as well as soothing, and the Proraso Green aftershave smells great not to mention how terrific it feels. Three passes delivered a beautiful BBS shave - the 7 O’Clock blade is getting a bit duller so I’ll go with it tomorrow and see if I should change it.

A great shave. I know it´s not Halloween but I thought why not…it´s knocking on the door already…

3 smooth and gentle passes but today for the first time the blade was missing a bit on thoroughness. So it was not a BBS Shave but VERY close.

A 9 out of 10
