It(Rise)was at its best then(in our teen years). . Later, they tried to "fix" something that wasn't "broke". Sad.

"Rock hard"......that may explain the difficulty I had squeezing out the Rise Superfoam I bought from a private seller. The other Rise Superfoams were nice and soft coming out, as they were from a Rise website.

And now an update......the Rise I bought was lousy, as was the "source". Why ruin a great thing???

I am thinking about using this https://www.amazon.com/CELLA-Brushless-Transparent-FastApplication-Moustaches/dp/B0725KZHJK/ref=pd_ybh_a_d_sccl_70/139-8901922-4084649? from CELLA brand of shaving soaps/cream for my shaving. I am wondering has anybody used the product and what was the shave like?

Currently I use mainly water or a little bit of hand foaming soap if needed and let soak into the skin and if not using the foaming hand soap, I am using some of this Shea Moisture Conditioner with the shea butter in it but very little like what would seem like not enough then letting soak into the hair/skin.

Thanks for your commentary about brushless creams, Gary. I've decided to use brushes regardless of the type of cream(that is, those that are in a tub).

Update-as I suppose you can tell from my comments on this order, it turned out to be a(and I never thought I'd say this about Rise)stinker of an order. Bring back the old-school Rises!!!!

Are you familiar with the suit brought on by Colgate against Rise, in 1949? Rise won out, but there were enough Colgates left to grandfather for many years after that. The Colgate team said Rise was a copycat. Man, THAT's been going on a lot in recent years(as well as NOW).
