Good morning everyone, my wife and I got back yesterday from Miami - we were there for two weeks and we had a blast!

Here’s my Tuesday SOTD:

Hot shower with Tabac bath soap

Did it ever feel great to use this wonderful setup after two weeks of nothing but Proraso Green which I had to buy because when we were unpacking I realized I brought my brush, razor, blades, and aftershave but I forgot to bring a soap so I had to go to the pharmacy near my place and buy something. It’s not that I don’t enjoy Proraso Green because I do but I definitely prefer Tabac. This is a brand that I could never get fed up with - the bath soap is wonderful, the shaving stick I used is old but it performs beautifully, the Lubriderm moisturizer is great - it does such a good job of keeping my face and body protected from dryness so my tan will last long, and it’s so soothing. The Tabac deodorant spray is so awesome, it has that delightful scent, and finally the Tabac aftershave went on with the magnificent old school scent that I love so much. Three passes gave me a fabulous BBS shave that was such a pleasure!

As I've indicated on here before, I'd have trouble going numerous days wwith the same shave gear. ONE week would be tough, let alone 2.

The Williams Mug Shave Soap was face-lathered well with Jayaruh #1 Silvertp Brush.Two Passes and touch ups with the Tourqued Slant Razor by Tom and the Gillette Silver Blue Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Clubman Lilac Vegetal After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Wow, these 7 O’Clocks are terrific blades - not only are they very sharp, they’re also very smooth as well as forgiving - a million times better than the 7 AMs that I was using for a while. My dear brother Fernando’s Frosted Bay Rum soap and aftershave smell so beautiful - for me they have the best bay rum scent I’ve ever experienced. The soap is a tallow based treasure with awesome, super slick lather, it’s bone chillingly cold, and the postshave feeling is wonderful. The Prep balm delivered so much cooling, soothing moisturizing, (my tan is so DARK!) and the Frosted Bay Rum aftershave went on with its delightful scent and a lulu of a menthol kick. Another fabulous three pass BBS shave that I enjoyed to the max!
