Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears Transparent Bar Soap.
Brush: Fine 24mm Synthetic
Bowl Lather.
Proraso sensitive shaving cream.
Lather: Proraso Sensitive Shaving Cream.
Blade: Personna Platinum Chrome. (D4)
Razor: Parker 55SL Semi-Slant.

Post:
Cold Water face Rinse./Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's,/Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse./Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With Care+ Witch Hazel./Dana English Leather ASL./ L'OREAL Soothing Birch Sap PSB.

Greetings,

Early morning shave,

A close comfortable silky smooth shave to finish my shaving week off with no errors to report.

Another great lather provided from the Proraso sensitive shaving cream in a short space of time, leaving a excellent post shave feel.

Last use of the Personna Platinum Chrome which has performed superbly with each outing These blades are smooth and very efficient, the longevity of them is astoundingly good. I feel as though I could quite easily get another two shaves from this blade but will retire it on a good note.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of L'OREAL Soothing Birch Sap PSB.

My face is feeling smooth, & smelling divine.

After an extremely smooth and efficient shave with the 1.15 gap, I'm going to see how enjoyable the 1.05 gap will be.
Well, TBH, I cannot see the point in going any bigger than 1.15 as it was such a pleasure to use, and now, I'm happy to report that the 1.05 was an equally wise choice... just as smooth and efficient, but a notch below in intensity.

The Colgate Mug Shave Soap was face-lathered well with Jayaruh#2 Two-band Badger Brush. Two Passes and touch ups with the Schick G 66 Injector Razor and the Personna Injector Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Pinaud Citrus Musk EDC. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Even though I’m not really a big fan of glycerine soaps there are some exceptions and Jaco’s are among them. His Impi soap has a very nice coffee/fruity scent, it’s a pleasure to lather, it’s mildly mentholated, and it’s pretty damned good skincare wise. Jaco’s Boomslang 1 balm smells so much like Brut, just a small amount is needed to give great moisturizing, and it also has a kiss of menthol. Last but not least the Brut aftershave went on with its own special old school barbershop scent that I love. Three passes cleaned me up beautifully - another dynamite BBS shave that I enjoyed immensely!

Fine start to a Friday, love the Cella, ½ a scoop and still plenty of lovely slick lather. Love this stuff

This La Toja stick is one of the best products out of Spain - do I ever love its scent, the lather is a pleasure to work up, it’s so slick, and it gives great skincare that the Lubriderm moisturizer enhances. Finally the lovely English Leather aftershave and I’m good to go. Another fantastic three pass BBS shave that was so easy and enjoyable!
