The Gillette Pure SC works well for me. I also like the Colonial CR7 razor. Still not sure about the Personna Gem blade. It's comfortable and smooth but not (for me) terribly effective. I'll keep trying to figure it out though. Love the Cashmere knot, it's my favorite at this time. So all is well. Now go enjoy your day folks.

Really nice comfortable shave to start the week. I really like the Thor's Hammer SS and A/S. Both work very well for me and the scent is wonderful to me. Been trying out the Personna Gem PDG blades and so far they're ok. So my face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks.

Been using much lighter aluminum razors for a bit so the Pearl Blaze felt like an anvil, the thing is heavy! But it shaves well and that's what counts. My face and I liked all the other parts and they worked well together. So my face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks.

To much time on my hands I think. Was perusing ebay and came across an Indian Shave Cream bundle and, of course, had to order it. Vicco is the first one of the group to try this week. Worked well, lathered easily and has an interesting scent that I think I like. Anyway, all the parts liked each other and a nice shave was had. My face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks.

 

Having an unpleasant reaction to the Vicco shave cream so shifting to Godrej Lime Fresh. Got a tiny travel size one in the package so will finish the week with it (I hope)

Last week I started using Vicco SC from the Indian SC bundle I picked up. 1st use was good BUT by day 3 my skin didn't like it anymore so switched to Godrej Lime Fresh SC. Worked ok so finished the week with it. Today I started out using Vi-Jon Lemon-Lime SC. Pleasant scent and worked pretty well so we'll see. The SuperSpeed/Personna Gem combo is very good for me. Comfortable and effective and easy on my face which I like at this point in life. So all is well in SE Louisiana today. Now go enjoy your day folks.

OK shave to start the week with. Not sure ahout the Gillette Lime SC, lather looked ok but protection was lacking. Might be me not getting the water/cream right. We'll see how it goes. Not much scent of lime either. Oh well. Go enjoy your day folks

Continuing my use of the Indian SC package, this week is Axe Denim. I have not cared for Axe products but thought I should be open minded. So off I went and it wasn't bad. The scent is mild, lather is pretty good and a nice shave was had. Also used Barbershop Aid in place of my usual Osage Rub/Witch Hazel mix. It works well and is quite soothing. All in all, a nice start to the week. Now go enjoy you day folks.

The Parker/Personna combo is a good one for me. I think this tube of Old Spice SC is old cuz it came out with difficulty and is pretty hard. Or is this normal? The cream worked well once hydrated though the "Lime" scent is very mild. However, the shave turned out quite nice. My face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks.
