Seems like a higher of landfill to soap ratio, although it could be good for travelling, or even trying out if you can get it in your neck of the woods.

A three pass straight shave with no Alum feedback, whew, impressive. Nice thick looking lather.

Great shave and setup Joe. Love it when the scents suddenly reappear later on during the day.

The set up works great and does not take up a lot of space in the toiletry bag. The razor is in a stainless steel bowl with a snap lid. The foam around the razor is sliced from a pool noodle.

Early morning shave,

A close comfortable silky smooth shave to finish my shaving week off with no errors to report.

An enjoyable smooth shave to finish my shaving week wonderfully. The Pearl SBF-11 TTO razor has paired together with the Treet Dura Sharp (Carbon) blade superbly providing me with some sublime shaves.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Replenishing PSB.

My face is feeling smooth, & smelling divine.

I saw it was out of stock for a while in most sites since earlier in 2025 and made me wonder if it is no longer made by the company.

It was an older company from the UK so maybe it is just they could not compete people thinking they were bigger because of being older mainly people born around 1987 on up. A majority people in this group especially those born after 1997--1998 assume if the company is older and you can find it everywhere online now in its respective category or nearly everywhere it means the company is not a smaller niche company or filling a small role. Most of this comes from the Faux Hipster trend of 2008--2014 where smaller niche items came in to follow the hipsters who did not like bigger brands even some older ones playing it off as newer smaller brands that had been ignored due to major shifts in society like shaving with a modern disposable or 2 blade on up because of a few companies Gillette, Personna, Shick, Wilkinson, and in Asia Dorco wanting to make more money.

 

Aaah yes, the Nivea, mine ran out a while ago. Worth getting again when my other stuff runs out

Superb 2 passer, minor touch ups, minimal weeper cleared with cold water and Alum

Thankfully these sharp blades cut the stubble as intended rather than tug them out. Any hint of tugging and they know what to expect!

Oh, I keep the head and blade wet, but I do not use water on myself if that is what you are asking.

 

Today's shave was a 9/10 as I used dial 4, I only had one mini cut right in the where the jaw hinge in on the face that would not stop bleeding right away and I had to scrape the first scab. Yes, going up in dial from 3--4 helped as I got a nearly a BBS shave without cuts to myself as this was the biggest mistake with the last few prior shaves. Today was Personna USA 100 pack from 2017, day 11 topside/total. I do flip the blade over around 14--16 and count the flipped side amount with also a total overall.

I used, as always, my H 2 or 1962 Gillette Adjustable 1960's era shaver without the case.

I shaved after the shower so did not need to use water on my face, but I kept the blade/head of shaver wet as needed doing a better job than the day I had the cuts. I did do a partial about 2/3 into the shave at 90% on just the blade and did a final full clean at the end of the shave.

I went with a shavette shave this morning. I only needed 2 passes for a nice, comfortable and very close shave. This morning, I had a blood test earlier, so I didn't lose any more blood during this shave. Lol! Anyway, this is my forth consecutive shave with MWF and I am impressed with the lather it provides.

Did have some alum feedback on my neck, but that's par for the course.
Applied the witch hazel and the classic after to end this session. Take care.
