I decided to try the top cap from my 2C to replace the bent cap from my 6S. This way I get the weight and plate I prefer. Tabac never fails to form excellent lather and today was no exception.

The Proraso Shave Soap was face-lathered well with Jayaruh #119 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette NEW Short Comb Razor and the Gillette Silver Blue Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Mennen Skin Bracer After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

for whatever reason, Paa stopped selling their Name-taker razor recently. I’m glad I got the open comb version when they had it in stock! I’ve been waiting for their Symmetry to be for sale for a while now and plan on purchasing that one too once it becomes available.
