I think the best is any pizza I make! haha NY normally, and chicago when I feel like indulging and having a freakin dinner all in one..lol. Italian deli a few min away for dough, make some homemade sauce, good meats, good cheese and fresh herbs..and when I am in Mexico, grandpops has his garden and a Brickoven outside...we make pizza while working down a case of beer and thats the best ever! Fresh ingredients, good beer, good times...good eats with the fam. Thats what its all about! P.S. Lobster and Cerveza definetly go with pizza!:happy102
Agreed. I don't even understand how Pizza Hut stays in business in that state--there's good local pie shops everywhere. I'd rather go hungry than eat a Domino's pie. One of the three things I miss since moving to PA. The others being: 1) A real diner; 2) A decent kaiser roll.
My yard stick for measuring pizza is a place that was in Heidelburg Germany. That was many years ago when I was much younger, but those pizzas were the best!
