Just the shampoo, I find the more I put in the hair the worse things come out.

Due to a sad genetic inheritance of multiple-multiple Cowlicks, I kinda just
gave up on my hair after the Vanity of my HighSchool years had passed.

Accepted that nothing could be done. I just wash/condition, then towel dry.
However it drys out is how I wear it. LOL, neither comb nor hairbrush has
touched my hair for about 40 years.

My youngest son, happily, inherited his hair from his lovely maternal side.
He used stuff like "American Crew" (whatever that is). Then one of my Nancy
Boy orders included a free reward bottle of "Styling Gel" (whatever that is).

I passed the NB good-customer reward onto the American Crewster Cruiser.
He got a kick out of the name & swears by the quality of the product. Evidently, it drys or sets or what the heck ever it does way superior to competing products.

So, if you are a GEL-ler you might wanna try out the NANCY BOY Styling Gel.

BTW - use the NANCY BOY Shampoo & NANCY BOY Conditioner on my own
untameable locks. Great products. Will re-order time & time again.

For an review of NANCY BOY as a vendor, a look at some of their products & a link to their website (along with the inner secrets of their big 15% discount, Free Fedex shipping & product awards) go here:

Lately, I have been using raw Coconut Oil (solid at room temp, but melts in the hand)

    Wildroot Cream Oil.

"Ya gotta get Wildroot Cream Oil, Charlie!
    Start use'n it today.
Then you'll have a tough time, Charlie,
    Keep'n all the gals away!
    Use Wildroot Cream Oil!!"

I know I'm dating myself, but how many of you remember that jingle? Has to be late 50's early 60's. You can still find Wildroot at Dollar General.

Can start trying out my new hair tonics soon. Almost healed up. It wasn't what I thought at first. It was worse.

Was using a little Lucky Tiger Special Formula Hair Tonic over the holidays. Very kind to my hair. Amazing that the smell lasts 24+ hours. Reactivates when your body warms up.

    :D

Anyway, I have started playing around with some hair stuff. I have a bottle of T&H C.A.R Cream, which is really interesting stuff. Really good for keeping hair in place when it is windy, which is basically what is was designed for. It goes in and you don't even know it is in there.

I just placed an order for some Trumper's Pomade (IT'S MEGA-BLUE) and I just placed an order from Murray's for 4 of their Pomade types - one original, one light, Beeswax Black and Beeswax cream. They are so inexpensive that I can try a bunch and not worry about breaking the bank, 17 bucks with shipping direct from their website.

So, anyone else got some new stuff to report?

    Well....

I am waiting for my Trumper's Pomade to come in the mail.

I have tried many different murrays and found the Original and Nu-Nile to be the best. I wasnt to fond of the BeesWax line of theirs.

THere are a few other brands I want to give a go such as

    High Life Pomade......Lucky 13 Brand...

    American Crew Forming Cream

I just bought 6 of 'em on eBay before making note of the start date on the cap. With daily usage, each puck lasts me 6 just about 6 months! I do not care for 'crunchy" hair with gels and the forming cream is not heavy and washes out with little effort. If my hair looks outta whack during my sales calls, I can just wet it down and restyle it.

JayKay 3000 posts and all I got was this lousy title

I used to use ICE Spiker when I did have hair to spike it up and do pretty much whatever I want with it. Its a palmade and only takes a little bit to do just about anything you could ever imagine with your hair.
