  [*]Result: Another effortless BBS shave. This could get boring you know. The GEM/Pella combo works so good even at 7 shaves. Nary a nick or weeper. The scent of the Tabac was fantastic as it always is.

 

No more "vintage" Blues or Thins for me, thank you very much. Again, had to go back and correct the morning's errors...

I could tell the difference from the start. The blade just glided effortlessly over my face. I think I would have gotten BBS if I'd been using my Red Tip, but this is more than acceptable all things considered.

Result: Very nice shave today. I think the heftier handle on the NEW gives me better control than the ball end handle on my Old Type, therefore allowing a better shave. I think I'm getting the hang of the more aggressive Open Comb razors, finally. First time with the Arko cream. I really liked it, especially the scent. I find the Anherb Gel leaves my face a little greasy (maybe I used too much?) and not as comfortable as the Conditioner does. But I still like it, it's not enough to make me not use it...

Another lovely shave, but a blade cannot seem to last longer than 3 days for me. This Godrej Regular cream seems to be the identical cream to the Deluxe version. The only difference that I can see is that the tube of this one is orange and 70 ml, and the Deluxe is burgundy and 100 ml.
