all i can say is 'wow'. very satisfied w/ the very noticible difference w/ using a safety; no nics; smooth; just still working on 'reading my grain'. really makes a difference w. following the grain firstm then against; lathering soap seems to be coming; still havent decided cup vs hand tho; hand seems very sufficient; tactile thing still coming around; now that i'm hooked, just have 2 get to churchill's & get some if the 'high end' supplies; ty all for the encouragement and tips i've seen/picked up!!!
Now you know what Proctor and Gamble don't want you to know. Their products are lowest return for the highest cost. They don't want you know that there are better products available for less out there. Personally I will never buy a Proctor and Gamble product, as soon as I can get my son to quit wearing their diapers. Before you go plunk down a lot of dollars on some high end stuff make sure that the products are really and truely better than what you have on hand and are worth the extra. A lot of times I find that the high end stuff are nice but not real necessary, as the cheaper will often do the job just as well as the high end stiff does. The silver tip badger brushes are nice but do you really need that much of a brush, a lot of times a best badger will do just as well and cost you a lot less. And the razors, the Vision is the only high end one out there and I really do not see the need for it. Blades, I find the cheap blades do better than the expensive Proctor and Gamble blades. Soaps, I find that the only thing that differentiates them is the smell and if you are willing to pay for the smell on your face ok. After Shaves, some of the best ones out there are the chapest.
