How Wet is Your Face when you Use Splash?

I use the WH before CWR.. pat dry with a white hand towel <they are just used for my shaves> then A/S

 

I do the same thing Fuzzy does - I use my white hand towels for shaving only and typically use them to pat my face dry before putting on a splash.

But I do have wet hands (slightly wet). It acts as a barrier so the AS absorbs on my face and not my hands.

 

I'm dry as hell when I use my splash. I pay good money for that burn, and I expect it to be there when I need it.
