Recently placed an order with Shaving Essentials and had a terrific experience. Placed my order last saturday night and paid via paypal, when I finished paying using Paypal I realized that paypal used my old shipping address. At first I panic'd and then came to my senses and e-mail'd them with the correct shipping address hoping that they would get the e-mail before they shipped it. On sunday I recieved an e-mail back telling me they had corrected the shipping address. Recieved my shaving creams today along with a Thank You card and a baggie of shaving cream/soap samples. Their prices are good and the shipping is as well. Will continue doing business with them. :happy005
I've always had good luck with ShavingEssentials. Except I bought some Wars cream off the site and really like it, now it's not on the page. Wonder if he has some stashed away.
I am in India and was only able to gawk at the Merkur and other goodies you gentlemen in the US and UK can easily have access to, reconciled that perhaps I would only be able to do that. Shipping to India is quite a nightmare and things reaching and next reaching intact is best left to some complex scientific probability algorithm. I got in touch with John and he went out of his way to suit my requirements for shipping, logistics to ensure that I get my stuff in India. I must also state that my requirements for shipping were really ridiculous and also meant him stretching the extra mile, but he did it like a true gentleman. His patience, understanding and his passion for service are truly world class and he's truly a wonderful guy to deal with.
John is practically a neighbor of mine, and the several times I've ordered from him have all been excellent experiences. I certainly recommend SE MattC
I've heard nothing but good about Shaving Essentials. I have yet to place an order there, but intend to do so sometime when some of my stash runs out. We'll see how long that takes. I'm glad to see so many people had excellent experiences with them.
Well, I live on the other side of the world to John - Sydney, NSW - and he's always given me fast, personal and efficient service. If he sold blades (other than Derby) I'd get even more from him. But he is my "preferred supplier" of everything creamy or soapy.
Hmm, interesting I would expect wet shaving items to be easily obtained in India since Treet is based in that part of the globe. Guess I am wrong.
