merkur adjustible razor and badger brush

I was searching for a cheap badger brush on ebay, and noticed someone offering a Merkur adjustable razor and brush.

If my keen newbie eye is correct, that is a chrome merkur futur plus a badger brush for a very nice price.

If he was shipping internationally you wouldn't be reading this.

I understand why there would be no live eBay links allowed for an ongoing auction, but if it is an open ended and ongoing buy now - then why not?
